The understanding that everything rises or falls on the wings of leadership and more importantly that HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT dictates the pace of progress in every nation, gave birth to the JPI YOUTH LEADERSHIP CONVENTION.

With our primary focus on YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, Jamie Pajoel International (JPI) is a registered organization under the Government of Canada and Nigeria which aims to enable Legislators and Emerging Legislators to develop leadership and legislative skills needed to become more effective leaders, informed decision-makers, and astute policy analysts.

It is inarguable that mind transformation is essential in today’s knowledge economy. We subscribe to the use of very practical, theoretical, and experiential learning methods. A rigid yet rewarding method of learning is adopted in designing and planning our events. Participants should anticipate a mindset stretch, a shift in their belief system, and immediate application to real circumstances.
